I'm a tech-savvy operations leader with a unique journey from Navy Electronics Technician to AI consultant. After serving aboard USS Denver and earning my "Benji" nickname, I've spent the past decade launching and scaling operations for companies like Lyft, Meta, and Instawork across multiple markets.

Most recently, I bootstrapped my own AI consultancy, helping Dallas-area small businesses automate customer communications through SMS-powered LLM solutions. From building bare-metal servers to deploying chatbots that handle appointment bookings and service quotes, I love turning complex technology into practical business solutions.
